Available immediately, reasonably sized double bedroom, within a 3 bedroom townhouse, in quiet cul-de-sac.

The double bedroom comes with access to a bathroom on the same floor, which would be available for sole use. Shared living space on the ground floor, and shared kitchen and garden. The room comes already furnished to a very good standard and overlooks the garden.

As a potential flatmate you can expect to share the property with myself around 4/5 nights a week. I like to spend most weekends at my daughters, looking after my grandson and I work 3 days a week, commuting locally. I am a fun, sociable individual who enjoys tending to my garden, cooking, relaxing in the evenings and I also enjoy a good chat; however I am understanding of personal space. I keep the property very clean and tidy, and would expect any potential flatmate to take pride in their personal space and respect the accommodation.

I would ideally like a flatmate who is down to earth, friendly and enjoys a little natter.

The rent per month would include the cost of all bills.
