A garden view , first floor double room with shared bathroom in a spacious four bedroomed detached house . The house overlooks the recreation ground in River. We have a bus stop very nearby and Dover is walkable as is Kearsney station .We can provide a king size comfortable bed with high quality Sanderson bedding or a single bed at your preference. The modern bathroom is just next door and has a shower and sperate bathtub . There is a second loo downstairs . The house is modern and well kept . My husband and I live here so it's our home and is well loved . It's bright and airy with a fantastic large open plan kitchen shared with the other occupants . We have two fridge freezers , two ovens , washing machine big 5 ring gas hob and plenty of cupboard space and work surfaces . There are two lounges and a lovely sunny garden with patio ,sauna and some lovely views from the house and garden . Myself and my husband are often away in our camper with our three friendly small furry friends . Our son who is 22 lives in the house and currently another female lodger. It's a happy, friendly curtious household and we await the right person to join our home . Council tax band
