A garden view double room in River

We are looking for a lodger for one of our first floor bedrooms in our lovely home in River . The room has a king sized bed , a chest of drawers and has room for a desk . We There is a large smart TV available if needed . The shared family bathroom is just next door and there is an additional cloakroom downstairs . ( Our master bedroom has its own ensuite ) The house is detached , has four bedrooms , parking and a lovely garden . In an elevated position it looks over the recreation ground in River and has great views. It's worth mentioning there are quite a few steps leading up to the our house. Everything is in good order . The house is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows down stairs , two lounges and a mostly open plan living area down stairs . The large modern kitchen is a joy to cook in and we have lots of modern appliances to make cooking even more easy and fun . There is a dishwasher, a washer dryer and two fridge freezers . In the garden we have a large patio area with outdoor furniture for plenty of outdoor seating and dining . There's an electric sauna for everyone to use . There is also hot tub which can be used for an extra small cost ( depending on how much it will be used ) .We have a gardener who looks after the gardens and lawns regularly. The house is very well maintained as it is our treasured home . There is a driveway and plenty of free on road parking on the roads opposite. There is a bus stop very close by . There are two convenience shops in the village , a pharmacy , a takeaway and some lovely pubs serving great food all within walking distance, if able. Dover it'self is also easily reached by foot , car or bus . My husband and I live at the house as does our 22 year old son . We have had a couple of lodgers living with us ( they are moving out soon and are being by this advert and a second advert on spare room ) and so we have had some good experience living with other people . It's been working really well for us all. My husband and I tend to go away a lot in our camper van with our three small friendly dogs . The dogs are used to people but we would only like lodgers who genuinely like animals particularly dogs thank you . We are advertising two of our bedrooms currently so there might be another new lodger when you move in . We aim to choose lodgers that compliment each other which will make living together under one roof a pleasant as possible . We are a happy light hearted household who respect each others space . Hoping to find someone who fits in well with us !
