The shower room has shower, toilet and basin with small cupboard. Never been rented before so all brand new. Looking for a considerate and reliable person or people, who will look after my property. I must have someone who is honest and does not waste my time in anyway. I am flexible and accommodating but wish the same from my tenant. Furniture and things included are flexible so if you have your own things please feel free to bring them and I will remove items from the studio but all to discuss.
