Idylic cottge

Lovely 3 bed roomy quirky cottage with wood burner, very quietl up a long gravel drive next to but detached from one other cottage that is only habited occasional week ends , 450 yards to the pub , 400 yards to the church and country walks , 1 mile to the railway station at Eridge .
I myself was lucky to be rented the property but circumstances to include Relationship , work commitments and travelling have found me using the property only randomly 25% of the time which is a shame .
If you are interested you will basically have the run of the house the majority of time , and at least two rooms a reception and bedroom for your own private use and even the upstairs of property for yourself can be discussed . The rental is to include Council Tax , Sky tv and a share of the Electric Bill which the property is run on .

I myself am clean and tidy but not over board obsessive , just respectfull , will be a very laid back feel .

Lastly I have a small border terrier dog that stays with me at the cottage occaisonaly and be warned the cottage can get a tad chilly if the weather is freezing outside brrrrrrrrrrrrr .
