Own bedroom & living room & en suite

Looking for a short term (3 - 6) months tenant.

I have a lovely space for rent in my home.  You will have your own bedroom (king size bed), living room, en suite bathroom and a shared kitchen with me and my daughter..  The rooms are at the top of their own staircase and the doors have locks. There is a small amount of decorating to finish in the house but your space is finished. The house is neat, clean and tidy. 

I'm not sure I ticked the right boxes so a quick description of the house setup. The property is a house that has been split onto 3 completely separate living spaces each with its own bedroom, living room and bathroom with a shared kitchen. I live in one space, my 28yr old daughter is in the other and the third is available to rent.

My current lodgers are a couple who are moving into a share with friends.

Really good road, and rail links.  Bus stop (89) very close and in the middle of 3 rail stations (Erith, Barnehurst and Slade Green), Erith is two stops from Abbeywood and Elizabeth Line.  Street parking but no problem, always spaces. I do have a cat, very well behaved.  Well behaved pets welcome as long as they are o. k with my cat. I will be looking for references.

Please note the rent stated is for one person. It will be £1,200 for a couple.
