Own bedroom & living room & en suite

I have a lovely space for rent in my home.  You will have your own bedroom (king size bed), living room, en suite bathroom and a shared kitchen with me and my daughter..  The rooms are at the top of their own staircase and the doors have locks. The house is a work in progress so slowly doing more to it but your space is finished.  My previous lodger has been with us for 18 months but is moving back to his home country due to personal circumstances. Really good road, and rail links.  Bus stop very close and in the middle of 3 rail stations (Erith, Barnehurst and Slade Green).  Street parking but no problem, always spaces. I do have a cat, very well behaved.  Well behaved pets welcome as long as they are o. k with my cat. I will be looking for references.

Please note the rent stated is for one person. It will be £1,150 for a couple.
