Founders' Collaborative/Live, work, and startup

An ideal opportunity to join in an upcoming co-living collaborative/microcommune of early stage startup founders to work, to stay and to start up (or explore early stages of product/venture discovery) - and do so in an environment which is both congenial and empowering.

The collaborative consists of three large independent but co-located houses/units. Each unit is more than 1500 square ft space with 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, 1 living room. All three units together have 9 rooms which are available for individual startup founders or founder couples or co-founding teams.

An all inclusive rent for individual founder/single occupancy is 1250 per month. For a founder couple/double occupancy, all inclusive rent is 1450 per month. The monthly rent includes all costs for a tenancy of six months or longer. For shorter tenancy the monthly rent would be higher. The resident founders, besides having their own room to stay in a coliving unit, will also have access to work studios/shared offices. Through the startup collaborative, the founders will have an easy access to several common resources including intern students, tech/creative freelancers, design consultants, access to angel/seed money, and peer to peer mentoring.

The live-work-innovate collaborative is around 5 minutes walk from the Erith station. Erith is considered a nice and upcoming neighborhood in South East London, around 35 minutes from London Bridge station. Ongoing public investment and innovation in urban amenities have changed this area into a desirable and approachable place (just 35 minutes from London Bridge). The area has a distinctly suburban vive and is culturally diverse. It has a good selection of neighborhood amenities and great places to explore, such as green parks, eateries, cafes, and pubs. Some of unique recreational options include London's largest pier, riverside garden, and famous Erith festivals.

The co-living units are going through renovations. However, a couple of older photos from a unit would give you some idea of the space. We will be adding updated photos as soon as the renovation is completed

Besides for founders who are actively pursuing/exploring startups, this co-living collaborative will also suit those who work in tech/design/creative fields and actively seeking cofounders - and those who are fed up with the mundanity of their (otherwise secure and well paid but boring) jobs and will like to live in a community where sparks of product/venture ideas fly, founding teams coalesce, and then ventures get started in a self-selected co-living microcommune.
