Lodger must be a working professional and able to put a £800.00 or 1month deposit.

The deposit will be held in a business/tenant deposit account. The deposit will be fully insured and refundable subject to the basic terms and conditions not being breached.

Lodger must be none smoker within the house.

We are a loving Indian family and would ask the Lodger to be family oriented, clean/hygienic persons with no pets.

Free internet, free parking on street, some bills included are free, 8 min walk to Erith and Belvedere station with 3 major chain supermarkets close by.

This is a residential area with elderly residents around. The area is a quite peaceful place and must be treated in the same manner.
