- I will be staying in the flat for brief periods, approximately 1 to 4 times per month.

- For the majority of the time, you will have exclusive and uninterrupted use of the entire shared space, which features an open-plan living and kitchen area.

- I am seeking a tenant who does not work from home full-time.

Optional Extra:
