Cottage with a room, semi rural, close to stations

I have two double rooms to rent in a cosy cottage in the village of Farningham.

Rail stations close by into London - Swanley, Farningham, Eynsford and Dartford.

If you like walking along the river or across the fields, this may be the place for you; plentiful pubs are within walking distance.
Bluewater shopping centre is close by.

Only apply if you don't mind living with a small dog and cat.

I am looking for someone who works full-time and has a good social life. (No work-from-home jobs) Unless you are happy to work in your room (max two days) or in a cafe.

I will consider a couple. The rent will be £1200 PCM, but I will only rent one room if this is the case.

I will consider Mon- Fri setups or something similar. Rent adjustments may be considered.

I may consider a single parent and an older child on a two-room basis.

Have your own furniture, no problem - the room can come unfurnished.
