Your room - ignore the colours!

I'm decorating the entire property as I type (well, not quite as I type, but you know what I mean). So there are still things to be done. However, I wanted to put some photos up now so that you can see how things are coming along and get at least some idea of the space available to you.

Very good sized room in Faversham town centre (2 bed, purpose built, Edwardian flat). About 3 or 4 mins walk to the train station and just 60 seconds to the town centre (shops, bars, restaurants, etc). The terrific "Hot Tin" coffee shop and performance space just the road, a beautiful green park a stone's throw away and a very well equipped gym just round the corner.

Please don't be frightened by the colours in the photos! All will be subtle shades of heritage grey very soon.

ROOM DIMENSIONS: 3.30 mtrs by 4.10 mtrs. Excellent high ceilings, original built-in wardrobe plus additional hanging rail. Also big sash window with an unrivalled view of the splendid Victorian Baptist church not far away (don't worry - no bells on Sunday...)

If you're a relaxed sort of a person who's after a room in a spacious flat in the heart of Faversham, with an easy going friendly chap as the only other occupant this could be for you.
