We are looking for a new person , Male or Female , to share our large, clean and comfortable house in central Faversham which is within easy walking distance from the station and shops.
Before our new sharer moves in their future bedroom will be redecorated , all white and a new cupboard installed , plus new lighting etc.
The common bathroom is also going to redecorated.
Presently there is one professional female full time and one professional male .
This is a great opportunity for another employed professional person who wants a large decent place to live in, the house is fully furnished.
Apart from a large double bedroom 4.42m x 4.27m you will have full use of the house, large kitchen , large lounge , shared bathroom and two toilets and small private garden . There is parking available.
We are quiet, respectful clean and tidy and expect the same from whoever joins us. Non smoking, No parties .
It is a condition of the rental agreement that you clean up after your meals in the kitchen and contribute in a rota in helping to keep common house areas clean and tidy as well as removing rubbish and recycling .
All bills are included and rent is payable one month in advance by transfer.
