Large Double Room (with En-Suite) in Luxury House

Room: a large, light, double bedroom with some built-in storage, and its own private bathroom and toilet available. Furniture and mattress included are all in very good condition. I can get anything else in.

House: it is a uniquely, modern, architect-designed, Scandinavian styled house - modern, very warm, well insulated and incredibly light (double-glazed windows both sides of the house let light in). There are top-floor roof terraces also. It's a very beautiful place to live in and is not part of a large development - it is in its own private gated space and there is private parking too.

All the "mod cons" are provided and available to use - including a brand new designed and fitted kitchen (I like to cook) with a double oven, dishwasher, ample storage and a new fridge freezer and a new washing machine. Even the new kitchen floor has under-floor heating in.

I have fibre-optic super-fast Broadband and Wi-Fi. There is large Sony Flat Screen TV and Set-top-Box for all Digital Channels. Not that it dominates the room either as it is a rather large living room with sofas in.

Location: Central Faversham in North East Kent, 10 mins walk from the mainline Train Station to London; 2 mins walk to a Tesco Superstore, yet is very quiet here, green too, located beside a rather beautiful Church and Churchyard. It is virtually silent at night. Hardly no noise or anything; and a lovely view during the day.

All Included: All bills are included - I mean everything! You would only have to buy your own food and drink. And as said, quite often I will cook on the weekends.

About You: I hope you will look after the place (particularly when I am away as I am so often). It's most important to me I find someone I simply "trust" to look after the house and treat it with care and respect. You should be clean, tidy and ideally not too noisy please. But at the same time it is "your home" too.

About Me: I am only in the house on the weekends. Monday-to-Friday I am away with work every week. I have shared the house very happily in the past (former tenants would provide very good references I promise). In Winter, I do like the house to be warm so there is full central heating and I am very happy to use that too! I also arrange for a cleaner to come at least monthly.

I am a Technology Director for a Global Corporation. Hence, away every week (and I also have another home). On the weekends I do like to return to Faversham and have quiet restful weekends, as I work very hard and long hours during the weekdays away.

I do like to go trail running or on bike rides in the Kent countryside. I am also a huge cook - so will often cook supper for the whole house (and provide most common cooking items such as oil, washing up liquid, kitchen towels, etc, etc). So you won't need to buy those.
