We have one very large (3.6m x 4.9m) furnished double bedroom to let in our beautiful beamed country house, parts of which date back to the 16th century. There is about an acre of garden and an outdoor heated (summer only) swimming pool for you to enjoy (see photos!).
The shower/bathroom is only shared with one other lodger (we have our own en-suite). There is also a downstairs loo.
Broadband/WiFi included.
You'll need your own transport, as we are in a very peaceful rural location surrounded by woods and a golf course, but no public transport. Faversham is 10 minutes drive away.
We're an easy-going 62 and 68 year old couple and have been sharing our house with lodgers for over 9 years. We are at home most of the time as we are both retired.
The room is £130 a week available today. We do offer the option of reducing this a little in return for help with housework/DIY/gardening, but this is entirely up to you, and the amounts of rent versus help given are flexible
