Single Furnished Room

Single room in house with two other tenants (both male) , landlords will be present for one or two nights a week. Offered is a single room with use of bathroom and kitchen., and washing machine. Rent includes bills.

There is plenty of ON street parking immediate outside the house, a well stocked village shop about quarter of a mile (5min) walk away, bus route virtually outside the door and trains from Tonbridge and Paddock Wood..

The room will be equipped with a single bed with storage under, a desk/dressing table and a wardrobe and tall shelf unit. High speed Broad band included.

We are open minded about our next tenant and will do our best to accommodate the right person. Please reply with a description of yourself and why you would make a good tenant. This would be an ideal room for a Monday to Friday let.

I will not respond to replies with no profile or those that simply ask “when can I view.”. We are a harmonious household and intend that it stays thT way. We respect each others privacy and leave things as we would expect to find them. We are not a party house!

I anticipate the room becoming available from early March, but this may change.
