FLATMATE REQUIREMENTS.
Seeking upbeat flatmates that want to live, relax and settle in to a stylish property with a warm atmosphere. Preferably a professional in part time or full time employment. Official Lodger Agreement is signed. ID and proof of employment required. CALL or WHATS APP ME for chat / to arrange viewings.. I love dogs so Pets are welcome, but only properly trained dogs. Allocated living room time included.

I also now offer long term rental situations and am seeking 2 flatmates as i have a luxury top floor 2 bed flat coming up in April at Radnor Park in the west end with lovely views, and I’m looking for 2 trustworthy long term flatmates to look after the property as I’m working abroad for several months of the year. Basically the property you are looking at now I can offer 6 weeks on, then move you over to the Radnor Park apartment. If I don’t find two flatmates one will suffice and of course that means you get the flat to yourself a lot of the time which is a great situation.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED: Council Tax, Water, Gas, Heating, Electricity, Wifi, BT Sports /Netflix /Amazon Prime.

THE AREA:
The Best area of Folkestone - The West End.
Trains - 53 Mins to LONDON / St PANCRAS.
Parking on street. 10 - 12 MINS WALK to Folkestone Central station, which has twice hourly daily services to London St Pancras - Train Time 53 mins. Getting to Dover Priory is one stop away which is a minimum of two trains arrive per hour and during peak hours this increases to three. 11 Min Journey Time.
