Large room to rent in Folkestone

Hi all, I have a recently refurbished large room in my annex to rent. Bills will be included. Except £10 per month for the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. The annex has its own kitchen and one other single room which is let to another tenant. I live in the main house with my family. The annex has its own bathroom with loo and shower. There is a side door which leads directly into the annex. You will have shared access to the bathroom and kitchen. The garden is not part of the agreement. The house has double glazing and gas central heating. I have Wi-Fi throughout. There is free on street parking, and the house is 20 mins walk from Folkestone town centre and Folkestone Central. There is a bus stop 3 mins walk away. I am ideally looking for a long term tenant. The room is not suitable for pets or a smoker. I am an easy going chap, I love sailing and golf.
