I’m an outgoing social person who is looking for a tidy person to share the flat with. I’m a property developer who keeps fit and I also work part time in the film industry.

RENTING THE ROOM REQUIREMENTS
Short Term (Min 1 Month) up to 3 months. With a strong possibility of a real long term (to be discussed) situation. I only accept professionals for renting the room. References usually are not requested but I reserve the right to ask. Proof of employment may be required.. There are no hidden costs. Everything is included in the rent. No deposit required. Just move in and enjoy the flat.

Parking is on street outside and never an issue.

All bills / WiFi included. I also have Netflix, prime etc to chill out to
