Hello! We have two lovely rooms for rent from May both sharing one bathroom between them. Ideally this would suit two people who know each other, but the aim is to have two females occupying the top floor in our busy family house.
All bills are included including coucil tax.
We prefer people who work and are on the same schedule as our family, so no 'Night owls' please! The rooms and the bathroon are all on the 2nd floor and next to each other. We can all share the kitchen space and garden.
The space is in a beautiful tree lined street in the west end of Folkestone. Access to sandgate is a 20min walk and the same to the beach. There are parks and Morrisons is close by for shopping by walking. Close to both stations and sandgate, we love living here and am sure you will too.
We are a family house and looking for someone fairly quiet who doesn't mind the hustle and bustle of family life. Females preferred please. We also have a red setter dog!
