ONLY ONE room is available in a two bedrooms family home. Disability friendly. Shared bathroom. Fully furnished room. The room comes with a king size bed and a very comfortable mattress, chest of drawers and plenty of storage space. We can provide you with bedding upon request.

Please if you are looking for bed&breakfast experience let us know.

Sorry no pets and no guests. No smoking, no alcohol, and no drugs! Rent is paid in advanced. This is a quiet family home.

All occupants are professionals who keep to themselves. Students may inquire though. The house is clean and quiet. Everyone MAKES sure of that! Short terms or various days lodgers are welcomed, and the price can be amended depending on the case.

Viewings are welcomed after we get to know you over a cup of coffee.

We are looking for a private, quiet respectful, and a clean person. We are all working people, and we look for quiet down time when we get home to recharge. So, someone who would be understanding of that is more than welcome.

My husband is mostly away for work, so you'll be sharing with me mostly.
