The Photographer's House

Hello, my name is Simon. I am a 65 year-old, semi-retired photographer, now working as a house historian. I have a loft room to rent, in very quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking spaces and less than 10 minutes walk from the sea and The Old High Street. My passion is art and photography - and my home has lots of it! Besides the rooms shown, there is a small south-facing patio just off the dining room. I love meeting people, and I'm looking for someone chilled and laid-back to share with. I am happy to socialize or leave you to your own devices. Despite my chronological age, I am very young at heart! I am a vegetarian and would prefer to share with another one, but it’s not a deal breaker. I go out often and know many people here in beautiful Folkestone and am happy to introduce you to lovely people here or recommend great eateries and bars. I am a member of a wonderful mixed-age walking group here in Folkestone, a great way of meeting new people. Folkestone has an active and vibrant music scene, including a whole month of gigs in May, and various events throughout the year, including an amazing house music event, one of my passions.
