The room can comfortably fit a small double /single bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers and some shelving. (Some furniture inc Wardrobe, tv stand and some drawers are supplied but can be removed if you have your own!)
I have recently repainted and plan on attaching locks before someone does move in.

Shared Open plan living/dining room, Nice enclosed garden, decent kitchen, and large bathroom. Use of dishwasher, fridge, oven, airfryer, microwave and washing machine. Happy to share all kitchen equipment and utensils aswell.

Property is 10/15 min walk to Folk Central Train station, Bus station, Hightstreet and Harbour.
Nearby parks, Tesco, pubs and off-licences.

Willing to meet up and chat and plan a viewing if you're interested whenever you are available.

The House isn't brand new, I have been here 10 years so it is comfortable & lived in.

I am kind, friendly, respectful, positive & definitely a little weird haha, I'm usually at home if im not at work, i'm either watching or playing stuff or writing/reading and I don't really have people other than family over very often, if ever.

Can be as social or as non social as you want to be, I have filled out the shared living spaces over the years but I am willing to make adjustments and room for you in shared living spaces if desired!
I am more than open to this being a house share more than just a room rental depending on what you're looking for!

I've Been living alone with my pets for several years now since my last housemate moved out, I work part time for a charity and also an aspiring writer, but I'm having the rent raised so looking for a new housemate to move in to help cover costs.

I do have 2 dogs and a cat, so applicants must be okay with animals, they are very friendly! & Clever!
I wouldn't expect you to take on any of their responsibilities but they do have free reign of the shared spaces so if they like you they will come say hi (they like everyone lol), and they will definitely greet you over enthusiastically when you come home!
