I am reluctantly moving from my lovely double room in a first floor 2 bed flat in central Folkestone (1min walk to central bus station, 7 mins walk to Folkestone Central train station). Available 1st December 2014. 

Room is big and bright, with 3 large windows overlooking the road outside and is offered unfurnished. It has a recently refurbished en suite with shower cubicle, toilet and basin with window. 

The flat was recently refurbished to high standard with new carpets fitted, an open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner, new kitchen and all white appliances. It also offers central gas heating.  

Rent is £300 per calendar month (no bills included). Can provide bills estimate on request. 

Private landlord - references and deposit to be arranged with landlord directly. I will of course get you in contact. 

Flat will be shared with professional female, but both male and female tenants are welcome.
