Double room for a female in Sidcup house share

I have 2 double rooms available in my three bedroom home in Foots Cray, Sidcup. I have had different lodgers over the last few years and have also had Airbnb guests so I am very used to welcoming others into my home.

The rooms are available from the beginning of January and have Ikea furniture including a double bed, bedside table, and lamp. Both rooms are decorated very neutrally so you can put your own stamp on it. There are large fitted wardrobes in the room with plenty of storage space and you'll also have your own cupboard in the kitchen.

There is a communal kitchen, lounge and bathroom. We also have wifi and Sky TV. There is free parking available on the street. The house is on the Foots Cray Estate, I've lived here over 5 years now and find it a great place to live. There is great access to local busses (at Foots Cray traffic lights) and it's very accessible for the A20 and M25. Foots Cray Meadows is very close and LIDL's is also only a 2 minute walk away.

All bills, council tax and internet are included. The room would suit a professional or a student.
