Double Bedroom (part furnished)

I have a double room available freshly decorated(1month) flooring(6months) close to the university and hospital. Would suit a single working tidy and considerate individual. Included in the price is virgin fibre broadband, gas, electric, council tax and water. We do not have a TV license as someone who only watches Netflix so if you require one this will be at your own expense. The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, lamp and TV also provided, You will also have communal use of kitchen and bathroom and all corresponding appliances. I am a 35 year old working male. My 19 year old son lives here on a Semi full time basis and my daughter is here on weekends The house is kept regularly clean. Kitchen on the basis of if we use dishes/pot etc we wash it straight after to keep area tidy for next person to use. Smoking is permitted in the garden or out the front, but NOT inside. We have an in door super friendly cat (keeps herself to herself)(would consider a cleanly person with a cat). This room is for a single person occupancy 1 months rent in advance to be paid no deposit required only 1 month in advance, rent must be paid a week prior to end of the month.
