King size bed with newly built en-suite (personal)

You will have a large bedroom with a king size bed, two floor-ceiling mirrored wardrobes with drawers, and a newly built en-suite with extra large shower. The room has a large window with lots of natural light and views of beautiful trees. It is available August 24- June 25 but maybe longer for the right person.

The house is occupied by the my (the owner) brother (35) and Nan (93), both have their own room and own bathroom.
You will all have access and use of the kitchen and TV room. However they both keep to themselves.

The house has a large garden, garden furniture and garage that you can share. The garden has an annexe with two occupants. They access the cabin via the side gate of the property so are rarely in the house except to use the washing machine.

It’s a family-based and laughter filled environment, however personal space is very much considered and respected. Peace and quiet after 9pm is a must. Nan has a small dog for company but she stays mostly in her room.

The house is walking distance to the supermarkets. The road has many options for parking also.
