The house has a quiet location, a few minutes walk to the Maritime Medway hospital, high street, Train and Bus station, and other essential amenities. Fast Train from Gillingham or Chatham to central London

The large kitchen has plenty of storage (wall and floor unit for each tenant) with a large fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a back garden with outdoor chairs.
