Hi,

I've got one room available in a quiet and friendly house in Gillingham. There are already three rooms occupied by young professionals .

The house is clean and tidy. It's less than 10 min walk to the train station and super markets, and about 25 min walk to the Medway campus,

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed + mattress, bedside table, desk and chair, chest of draws, mirror and wardrobe.

Double-glazing throughout, central heating in every room, plus a wood-burning stove in the sitting room. The sitting room is large and comfortable, there's a well equipped kitchen (with washing machine), two bathrooms, and a garden at the back. On street parking is available with a residents permit from the council.

Rent includes a cleaner once a week for communal areas. All bills are included (including council tax).
We're looking for a young professional or mature student to join the house.

No admin fees, £400 deposit with the deposit protection scheme.
