My home is fully furnished with shared lounge and kitchen. There are 2 double bedrooms available for SINGLE occupation only in this 3 bedroom house - no couples or families.

Modern decor and well maintained. Full gas central heating and well insulated. Modern fitted kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. The bathroom has full sized bath with shower over.

Please note this is NOT an AST rental but a lodging license arrangement which has different rights so please be sure you understand this . It does however, mean I can be much more flexible if your circumstances change and you need to move out or only want a short term stay.

It is for a SINGLE person only. NOT suitable for couples OR families so please do not contact me if you are not single.

Must be a working professional or post graduate student with a working placement. No home-workers /remote workers please. I also offer a short stay rate with a minimum stay of 4 weeks. Please note that a minimum 7 day/weekly rate of £150 per week is applied for all short stays less than 4 months - this still equates to £650 per calendar month.

All utility and council tax bills are included as well as wifi. On-street parking is available for £2 per day by voucher or annual pass around £35 if you are long term lodger with V5 registered to the address. Parking immediately close by is never usually an issue in this particular location.

Although this is described as a live-out landlord ad, I actually work abroad so will be at the house for around 4-5 days each month. I currently retain occupancy of the 2nd/ 3rd bedrooms for sleeping / work and study area so I am only advertising bed 1 (yellow/grey) as available at the moment.
