There is a smart 42' TV in the communal lounge and the kitchen comes with everything you need for daily living - washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, cooker, mircowave, kettle and toaster.

The current housemates are all working individuals.

There is a garden if you wish to enjoy outside space. Nearby there is also the lovely Gravesend Promenade and Milton Park is minutes walk away.

Permit parking is from Mon-Fri 10am-11am. If you require parking, the permit needs to be applied for separately with Gravesham Council.

A cleaner visits every fortnightly to clean the communal area and all housemates are responsible for cleaning after themselves, taking bins out.

The house is very clean and quiet and not what you expect of a house with 5 sharers.
