All bills are included in the rent, including broadband and council tax.

Rent is to be paid in advance. The deposit can be discussed if you’re unable to pay it in full upfront.

The property is less than a 2-minute walk from Gravesend town centre and train station, with a 20-minute train journey into London Kings Cross. Shops are just minutes away, with a bus stop very close by, and a large Asda, Iceland, and a shopping centre all within easy walking distance.

The room is available to move in from 29th April.
