Double Room in newly refurbished flat -town centre

Hi, I'm Ben. I have a great double bedroom to rent out in a newly refurbished flat in Gravesend town centre. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, 2 bed side tables and a coffee table. .

I am a 28 yr old secondary school teacher working in the local area. I'm pretty house proud so the flat is cleaned regularly and filled with the normal mod cons that you'd expect. I have a good group of friends that I see regularly so I'm in and out a fair bit but don't tend to have people back very often (I hate the clean up afterwards!!). Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle to my own to live with.

The flat is a 4 minute walk to the train station (500 yards) with the high speed service to central London taking 25 minutes so great for commuters. Parking is restricted near the flat, as it's the town centre, but there are many council car parks where parking is free overnight.
