The House: The property was renovated in late 2017. At the start of this year, a brand new kitchen was installed. The Room: We a double room available on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The rooms has a double bed with mattress, 1 bedside table and bedside lamp, wall mounted folding desk and chair, 1 wardrobe with hanging and space to fold clothes and artwork. The room is for single occupation only due to council restrictions, cost £500 per month and is available now.

The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, tv license) and includes unlimited fibre broadband. We also provide a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!

The Tenants: We only accept professional, tidy and respectful tenants.

The Landlord: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues and there are no hidden charges. We ask for 1 months’ rent upfront and 1 months’ rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure and well-maintained.
