Hi I have a double room available for rent , it’s a house with 3 bed room and I am looking for a clean house mate who is a professional , the property is a new build in the Gravesend area if you are interested please contact me and we discuss going forward . I will be a live in landlord but most of the time I am at work or abroad.

The property has front drive and a rear garden , it also has a rear side entrance and free parking on all the roads. I will need to interview you and see if you are suitable to share the house with me .
