The room is very spacious, clean, cosy and fully furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and separate built in cupboard space.

All Bills included in the rent, including broadband.

Rent to be paid in advance. Deposit payment can be negotiated if you're unable to paid in full at a go.

Couples are welcome but with additional cost of £150

I am tidy and clean and would expect the same.

The property is Less than 2 mins walk away from Gravesend town center and train station. 20mins train into London.
All shops are minutes away with a bus stop, large asda and Iceland opposite the house and a shopping centre.
