Large double room, 10 mins from high street

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy agreement until September 2026 for a large double room in a shared 3 bed flat in hales place Canterbury.

The room is clean, comes furnished with dresser, closet, desk and chair.

There is shared living room, balcony, full kitchen and shared bathroom and toilet.

The flat has free storage and parking. It is walking distance from University of Kent, 10 mins from Canterbury high street, and Canterbury Christ church university. The bus stop is 1 minute away from the flat.

Current flatmates are students of University of Kent and are rarely home. They mostly keep to themselves and are not a bother. (Couples are also considered)

The area is quiet and peaceful.
