Double bedroom in 3 bed house

We currently have a room available in our house which will be shared with just yourself and my dad. My dad is in his 40s and is a floor layer who works away a lot or tends to keep to himself. He is very easy going and he wouldn’t mind guests over etc if you let him know beforehand.

We have a 3 bedroom house with a main bathroom and a downstairs toilet plus a kitchen, living room, large garden and a driveway with a garage. You would have your own room with a built in wardrobe and access to the rest of the house bar the other bedrooms. The third room will be a guest bedroom as my sister stays occasionally but this is far and few between so would be more of a casual guest room for anyone wanting to stay. We are in Snodland.

We are happy to accomodate cats or small furries or even a dog for the right person for an additional £50pm. We are also happy for a couple to rent the room with an additional charge of £100pm..

I have uploaded pictures of the house during the renovations but the bedroom will be completely empty when someone wants to move in. There are white goods and a sofa etc. I will upload newer pictures in due course.

All bills are included - including super fast fibre WiFi and council tax/gas/elec/water.
