I have a large double room to rent in Central Herne Bay a 12 minute walk to the train station through the park and 8 minutes from the beach the room is on its own floor and is huge with built in wardrobes and tv unit the room is big enough to fit in sofas so could be a living room/bedroom I haven't been here that long myself so is a bit bare but the option is there I said no to couples but would consider but the rent price would increase and I don't mind smokers just not on the property, the toilet and bathroom are downstairs and. separate and also I have a large balcony out from the kitchen.
