Spacious bedsit

Large spacious single bedsit in a shared detached traditional country home at the top of Mickleburgh Hill, Herne Bay. Bedroom is part furnished with a large fitted cupboard, large wardrobe and chair, but these can be removed if you have your own (currently no bed.)
The room has its own sink plus there are two shared bath/shower rooms and a laundry room.
There is a large shared kitchen and lounge/diner. The house comprises of 5 bedsits altogether.
The house is set back in its own extensive frontage with parking facilities and maintained gardens. Additional outside storage space can be arranged for a bike if needed.
Buses run to and from Herne Bay, Canterbury, Whitstable and Margate. Restaurants and Sainsbury’s supermarket are 5 minute walk away. Five minutes drive to town and Herne Bay sea front. Easy access to good road network including M2 and fast train service into London.
Other tenants are currently mature people who work and are quiet, keeping themselves to themselves.
All bills included (no Wi-Fi as people arrange their own as large house). Cleaner included for shared areas and a gardener. No smoking. Single occupancy.
