Bright, furnished, double bedroom with a great view, built in wardrobe, and private en-suite, available to rent in our lovely barn conversion, set in the beautiful countryside. The house has off road private parking with a patio garden. There is plenty of storage and living space, you would have full access to all the communal areas (living room, dining room, kitchen and garden) including use of the washing/drying machine.

The house is set in a very quiet location, with a 10-minute walk to Higham station which offers free parking and routes to several stations in central London in under an hour. Higham to St Pancreas takes 33 minutes and Ebbsfleet International station (17 mins to London) is 15-20 minutes’ drive away. There is also a local bus stop which offers links to Canary Wharf. We have excellent links to the M20, M2 and M25, and there are plenty of amenities, with a village pub 0.8 miles from the house. There are plenty of walks, you can walk for miles without hitting the road. The room includes all bills and broadband.

Myself and my husband are live in landlady/landlord, who work in London during the week. Additionally, I am tied up with studies which tends to keep me distracted. During the weekends we love to walk for miles, watch Netflix, read, and wind down with a glass of wine or two! We are pretty sociable and easy to get along with, and we enjoy the quieter side to life. You would be the only tenant living with us. We are looking for a professional tenant, who we can trust and get along with, and who is looking for a quiet place to call home.
