Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live by the coast? Our self-contained annexe, located between Folkestone and Hythe in the village of Seabrook, offers a great location with easy access to the beach and local amenities. We particularly welcome vegan and vegetarian lodgers.

Your Private Space:

Enjoy complete independence in this comfortable annexe with its own entrance (please note there are a few steps up), lavatory, shower room, and kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, small fridge/freezer). The room features a small double bed, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Coastal Living:

Explore the nearby beach (5-10 minute walk), stroll along the Royal Military Canal, or relax in our garden overlooking the woods. Perfect for working from home or enjoying retirement with complimentary 4G broadband.

Key Information:

• Vegan/vegetarian lodger preferred (vegan prioritised)
• Minimum 12-month let (longer lets preferred)
• Ideal for a single professional or retiree, or a couple
• Pets might be considered but we would have to carefully consider whether the environment is suitable for them (additional charge, must already be house-trained and friendly with youngsters and other dogs)
• Council Tax Band C
• Shared access to washer/dryer and garden
• We have a friendly dog in the main house (separate from the annexe).
