He’s looking for someone warm and considerate to share his home and offer a reassuring presence, especially in the evenings, along with help with a few simple tasks each week.

A bright and spacious 3-bedroom detached house located in the heart of Lenham, just a 2-minute walk from the charming market village centre and train station. A light single room with a single bed and plenty of storage; there is also space to accommodate a double bed if preferred. The home offers off-road parking, two generous living areas both with a TV and all bills included. It is comfortable, welcoming and features a beautiful, well-kept back garden.

A kind, friendly and reliable woman who enjoys a peaceful home and relaxing company, and is happy to help with light household tasks and gardening, occasionally cook and share an evening meal, and perhaps enjoy the occasional lunch outing or short local trip.
