Comfy double bed and wardrobe

Room 1: is a spacious ground floor room in a large Victorian house.. It has a comfortable double bed, table, wardrobe and a fully functional wood burning stove. You will have access to a shared shower and toilet next to the room (with one other lodger).

Room 2: Is a light and airy cosy double room on the first floor. Window in room overlooks the rear garden. You have your own sink and toilet inside the room and a shared shower (one other lodger). Furniture includes, dressing table, desk and wardrobe.

Both rooms have good internet connection and all bills are included. Rooms would suit a contractor at the Powerstation as only 5 minute drive to Dungeness or any other professional looking for a nice room. On street parking is available outside the front of the house.

Both rooms are offered as a single occupancy.

Each room has access to a shared kitchen, with your own fridge and cupboard space.. We have a dishwasher and washing machine which you are welcome to use. We are a friendly household with 6 years experience of living with lodgers.

Bedding and towels are provided and changed weekly.

Lydd is a small town with a couple of pubs, cafes, shops and a post office all with in walking distance from the house. The beach at Camber Sands is only 8 minutes by car. Nearby towns Ashford, Rye and Hythe are all 20 minutes drive. From Ashford you can access the M20, high speed rail to London and Eurostar.
