I am looking for a considerate, clean and friendly person to rent my spare room.

Well furnished clean and modern Victorian house.

Double room- all bills inclusive located in Maidstone town.

Close to all amenities and transport links. Only a five minute walk into town centre. 15 minute walk to Maidstone East and Maidstone West train stations.

Approximate bedroom measurements 3x3 meters. It is furnished with a double ottoman bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The room has a built in cupboard and shelves.

The living space is open plan with the kitchen. There is a sofa and a tv can be provided in there or the bedroom. I have my own separate living area.

You will have full use of the kitchen and bathroom which is shared.

The kitchen has all necessary accessories: fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker.

The bathroom has an electric shower and a separate bath.

Garden at the rear of the property.

All bills are included except the parking permit.

One month rent in advance and a deposit is required. No pets.
