Furnished Double Room sharing with one other

Hi,
I have a a double room available in a two bedroom flat in Maidstone town Centre .
I own the flat and currently have a great lodger living with me. I am moving to London to be closer to my job so I am letting out my room
Flat is furnished, unlimited hot water, clean and tidy.
The flat is not a party flat. The current lodger works hard and enjoys some chill as do I. We cook together and watch films and tv together. He is very sociable and friendly. He is also very quiet and considerate. You are actually getting a very good flat mate, Its a shame I am moving!
The flat is on the third floor so not noisey, the block has a gym on the ground floor, its a 3 minute walk to Sainsburys, 5 mins to town and 10 mins to the station.
I need to be in my new place by end of January but there could be some flexibility for a moving date for the the right person.

The kitchen has all the usual white goods and utensils, lounge is furnished, wifi throughout, nice size bathroom.
