This beautiful house has been finished to a high standard.

The kitchen and dining area feature a large breakfast bar, with a comfy leather recliner sofa and TV/DVD. There is a courtyard garden for relaxing after work in the summer sun! It has 6 bedrooms in total.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a double oven, two fridge/freezers, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

**ALL INCLUSIVE**

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, council tax, high speed broadband, plus TV license and biweekly cleaner for communal areas so moving in is no hassle. The kitchen is fully equipped including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and cookware.
