The House:

The house has 4 bedrooms in total. One the the main bedroom has an ensuite so only 2 other people will be sharing the main fully fitted bathroom. The main bathroom is shared by 2 others only and has a full size bath and separate corner shower and basin.

The house has a huge modern kitchen / diner plus a separate open plan communal lounge area with leather sofas and a tv. It’s a great living space abs has plenty of kitchen cupboard storage.

The house has a large driveway that can take two cars back to back and you can also apply for a parking permit (£25 per year) to have the option to park on the street aswell.

Garden

The cosy and secluded well designed outside space boasts a large raised decking area with seating and the laundry rotary.

The House Mates:

There are 3 others in total sharing the house.
All males between 35-55. They are all working professionals in the restaurant and security business.
