Hi, we have a lovely double room available in this Victorian terraced property. All bills included and the room has all new furnishings. Photos of the room will be available from around 5 Feb - just waiting for delivery of new furniture. Young professional homeowner looking for a lodger who is in full-time work, clean & tidy, happy to share facilities (but there are two bathrooms to choose from) and who is fairly quiet as the home-owner works from home for most of the week. This is not a party house, but landlord is friendly and sociable and enjoys keeping fit, cooking and generally keeping active. Will be total of homeowner plus two lodgers maximum. House has a cat.
Maidstone East is just a 10min walk away and all shops are local too. Great location. It is a delightful road with permit holder parking and there is a permit available for the person who rents the room, if required. Sorry no more pets, smoking only in gdn, full-time professionals only need apply.
