I have a large double room available in a friendly and clean house share near Maidstone West train station. There are currently two professional fellas and one professional lady living in the house. I am looking for another clean, tidy and laid back housemate.
The house is a large Georgian period property with high ceilings and large rooms. There is a twenty foot shared living room and dining room, modern kitchen and large bathroom with shower and bath. There is an extra toilet in case the bathroom is busy.
There is also off street parking behind the house and high speed internet access included in the rent, All bills (except TV license) included. Communal areas are cleaned weekly and the cost of all cleaning supplies and toilet rolls are included in the rent.
