I am a private landlord who owns and manages the property. I am accredited with Maidstone Council and the house is licensed. The house has the electric, fire and gas checks done regularly. The deposit is registered with My Deposits.
The room is unfurnished (so you do not have to worry about if they have any bed bugs or are not fire compliant!).
There is a car park, gas central heating, 3 recently refurbished shower rooms, double glazing, kitchen with 2 cookers, washing machine.
Locks are all digital security Locks so the codes can be changed when someone moves out and you will never lose a key!
The rent is due each Friday in advance by bank transfer or it can be paid monthly.
